The event
About the tournament.
Match Point is back for Season 2 — an open doubles tournament at Andheri Sports Complex.
- Open doubles: any two players can team up
- For players with a DUPR rating of 4.2 or below, and players without a rating yet
- DUPR-rated: every result is submitted to DUPR
- 48 teams maximum
Prizes
Prize pool of up to ₹22,000, with trophies for the winners, runners-up and second runners-up.
The split across places will be announced before the event.

Rules.
Format
- Open doubles. Teams play a group stage
- Group stage:Rally scoring, first team to 11 points wins.
- Knockouts:Rally scoring, first team to 21 points wins.
Scoring and serving
- Rally scoring: a point is won on every rally, whichever team is serving.
- Serving follows normal pickleball rules: underhand, served diagonally, and the serve must land beyond the kitchen (non-volley zone).
- The ball must bounce once on each side before anyone can volley it (two-bounce rule), and you can't volley from inside the kitchen.
On the day
- Report to the registration desk at least 30 minutes before your first match.
- Teams not on court within 10 minutes of being called may forfeit the match.
- A referee officiates every match, and the referee's decision is final.
Conduct
- Respect opponents, officials and the venue. Unsporting behaviour can lead to disqualification.
Refunds
- Entry fees are refundable only if you cancel more than 10 days before the tournament (before 26 November for Season 2).
